The Offender would not normally have kept my attention for very long at all “ as it strikes me as just yet another rude noises app for the iPhone “ offering up burping, farting ,vomiting etc. noises and supposedly some ever-so-funny ways to use them.
The bizarro thing about the app, and a great illustration of the growing trend towards abusing the hell out of keywords in the App Store, is the ending section of its App Store description, where lots of apps do their keyword abusing by saying things like ‘If you ‘re a fan of (every mega popular app ever to hit the iPhone) you ‘ll love this one ‘.
The Offender goes with the similar ‘Recommended for fans of ‘ and comes up with a truly bizarre and ridiculous list of things to somehow compare itself to “ ranging from Pocket God to Harley Davidson, Elvis, PGA Golf, NFL Football, something about girls in bkinis, Star Wars, Monty Python, and so on.
Yup, I feel confident that ALL of these things are well represented in this fascinating app. If you need to find it, just do a search for ‘keyword abuse ‘ and it ‘ll probably turn up in that search as well .
