SafeWallet is another relatively new entrant into the already fairly crowded area of password manager (or digital wallet) apps for the iPhone. It caught my eye because it comes from a developer I know and like very much from my Windows Mobile days “ SBSH Mobile Software.
SBSH have produced some hugely popular apps for Windows Mobile, Blackberry, and other mobile platforms “ PocketBreeze and iLauncher are two that I have fond memories of. I ‘ve known for some time that they ‘d been planning to get into the iPhone OS market as well, but hadn ‘t heard much about their efforts in quite some time.
So I ‘m glad to see SafeWallet for iPhone in the App Store. I haven ‘t checked the app out yet as it currently does not have any sync capability. It should be getting an update soon to add that ability and I may give it a look then.
In the meantime, I ‘m just glad to see SBSH dipping their toes in the iPhone OS waters, and hope we ‘ll see more iPhone apps from them soon as well.
