Apple Seeds Mac OS X 10.5.8 to Developers

Apple has seeded what could very well be the last update to Mac OS X Leopard to developers. This update (build 9L14) is currently has 27 fixes for things like iCal, Spotlight, iDisk and so on.

This release is more than likely the last update to Mac OS X Leopard before Apple transitions over to the recently announced Mac OS X Snow Leopard this fall. That said, Apple has been know to update older software if a large number of users are still using the software, and there is a major security threat.

For those that missed it, Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard is schedualed for release this September for $29.
