#5. Happens to me all the time. I'll be lying in bed, and as soon as i launch Safari it flips on me. It would be awesome to have a toggle to disable this if you wanted. Which is exactly what you can do on a JB phone. Yet Apple has not made one. =/

12 – you can't get it unlocked just like any other phone. I didn't get the new one as I still depend on this phone specially on traveling.

13 – battery is not removable.

Calander reminders has been fixed though, you could view and save any apointment.

I agree. One reason I like the phone is I can read email while lying in bed. But now the auto-landscape mode kicks in when I'm reading mail while lying down. This sucks that Apple can't make a simple toggle setting allowing you to turn the auto-landscape on or off. I plan to get a gphone in the next couple years.

How about built-in WiFi or Bluetooth syncing to iTunes or at least better management of Podcasts on the phone so that you can detect and download new episodes?

Your #1 is my #1 – would love to have iTunes be able to show my screens, or at least have a category listing for the Apps screen to place them properly on the phone.
