I just finished reading a post at Mona Nomura ‘s Pixel Bits site, where she outlines her successful route to getting refunds for two iPhone apps that didn ‘t come up to scratch.
The article made me realize I have never actually sought a refund for an iPhone app, although I ‘ve had a fair few where I probably should have done so, and I would have no idea how to go about it if not for Mona ‘s post.
