I feel very similarly. Have never been a frequent user of video recording – even on the Flip – but feel sure it will increase now. Already have several (not uploaded to anywhere) of my goofy hound 🙂

I had never uploaded a single video to YouTube before, in the few days I've had my 3GS I've uploaded a couple and I'm excited to be able to take some vids of my niece this weekend and send out to all the family. Sure, I could have gotten a flip or used the crappy Cycorder videos on the 3G (better than nothing, I know. Not mocking Cycorder at all. Was awesome to have, but it can't compare to the smooth 3GS video and editing). However, as you said, it being extremely easy to do at a decent quality with the 3GS will be very nice.
