Yes wind was the same. I haven't done much video with the sony, but I am impressed with the iPhone mic. I have downloaded RTA from Studio six and the internal mic seems to be quite flat and sensitive. I like the sound of my voice on it.

I look forward to being able to do audio boo and/or tweetmic from my laptop where I will have a good mic and mixer ahead of the sound card and compare….

They used a tripod for some / all of it – it shows this at their Facebook page. Comparison sounds interesting – thanks Larry.

Interestingly done. The lighting was well controlled. Whenever there was a light background, there were moire patterns on it. The steadiness of what was presumed to be a hand held shot was quite good.

The other day my cat was climbing a tree and presented a cute shot. I took out my 3Gs and did some shooting in a difficult lighting shot with bright sky behind a leafy tree. After looking at it, I got my sony DSC150 "shirt pocket" still cam and shot much better exposed and higher res stuff. I posted the sony on youtube. I'll upload the 3Gs and send links for comparison.

The 3Gs video feature is quite good for what it is and the audio was far superior on the 3Gs to that of the sony.
