Mostly iStat. $1.99 in the App Store - monitors free mem, shows you your UDID and Mac address and lets you mail those out (for registering as a beta tester for instance), shows your current WiFi and cellular network addresses, shows uptime, and also lets you monitor system info on Mac and Solaris systems if you need.
