I'm not a professional photographer, but I have had a couple of photos used for commercial purposes. Unless I misunderstand how they work, that would seem to apply to any content you distribute through Pixelpipe. It would be OK if their rights ended if/when you removed the content, but the current terms of service are just overly broad for me.

It is very powerful for sure. It's been a while for me on jailbreak, so I'm not sure whether one or both of those apps have their video clips placed in the Camera Roll – because that is where Pixelpipe pulls from.

Combine it with the jailbroken apps PPVideoEnabler and Cycorder (both available in Cydia) and you can upload videos from the iPhone 2G (and 3G I guess).
