To each their own, but I just can't see wanting an online password keeping app – not with the way even big sites get raped and hacked these days.

It is an online password manager with a nice Firefox plugin available. You can then install bookmarklets through their site onto your iphone and use LastPass on your phone. I use it, much cheaper all around.

Security could be more problematic since you're storing your passwords online but they do encrypt them.
