Apple Releases iPhone 3.1 Beta 2 to Developers

Registered iPhone developers have been seeded with iPhone 3.1 Beta 2. This update comes only days after the first release that added several features to the 3.X firmware. Such features include non-destructive video edits, and Voice Control over Bluetooth.

This seeds release documentation offers no notation of new features that might have been included. That said, more information often surfaces as more developers get their hands on the software.

UPDATE: It appears that this update disables tethering hacks that were being exploited in 3.0.
