In reply to Rip. I don't think Apple follows this site, and don't think a mention here for iStat is a big deal. And yes, SBSettings does also have the capability, if you're jailbroken.

Yes, and iStat being mentioned here is sure to get that pulled too now. SBSettings (jailbreak app) also has Free Memory functionality, so all is not lost.

In reply to Scott. Oh, that sucks. Always wondered how the heck that was approved by Apple in the first place. Also, as usual, quite inconsistent - as iStat remains in the store and has the same capability.
