Apple has released Security Update 2009-004 for Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard and 10.4 Tiger. This release comes only a week after Security Update 2009-003. This new update addresses a vulnerability in the BIND suite of Unix utilities that works with the Domain Name System (DNS). Whatever that means.
