If two stores both have an aisle called, say, dairy, then any dairy item you add will show on both stores. You can customize which aisles (the way of categorizing) show for each store. If you remove the pharmacy aisle from your local grocery store, say, then any pharmacy items won't appear in the grocery list. Basically, the more you customize it, the better it will work for you.

It's very easy to use and really helps with my quick grocery shopping lists. Plus, I always have the iPod in my pocket (don't you?) so I can always add something to the list whenever I run out. It's a great app and for $0.99 it's a steal!
