In reply to Erik. It does not have the tap anywhere on screen to take a pic, as Snapture does. Its saving is also a tad slow if I snap more than two pics in a row, in just some rapid testing so far.

Cant use snapture yet either until I get 3.1 as well….worth taking a look at. I hate the built in camera app 🙁

Does this app have an option to tap anywhere on the screen to take the picture? Does it save the pictures taken pretty quickly so you are ready to shoot the next without much delay? Some apps are so slow at saving the pics. Looks like yet another app that requires 3.1 firmware. Thanks.

Sorry folks – just updated the post. Looks like they made a very quick switch on the price, or had it set to free for a limited time without any mention of that in its description. It was definitely free earlier today – see the screencap I've added to the post.

Thanks, Legend Camera looks better than the normal built in one, I have bought Snapture but I'm still on 3.0.1 so can't use that as yet, so will check this out. It is still showing as 99c for me so will check later to see if it is then updated.
Weird, I search for the app, it shows 99c, I click on the company name, still 99c in the list, click back on the app and it is then free, click on the app name then jumps back to 99c …. strange. Maybe it is "inbetween" being updated
I'll wait a bit I think so I can get it when it is free all round ….
