Episode Title: Reviving the Podcast & Our Jailbreaks
Way back when “ around 1.5 years ago “ we had started doing a regular weekly ‘talkcast ‘ on iPhone apps and all things iPhone. We ran it on Talkshoe, so that anyone who wanted to could call in and not just listen, but also participate “ by making comments / asking questions via live chat, and also by talking directly on the phone during portions of the show.
Back in June of 08 we stopped doing those because I was struggling with some major health issues. Now we ‘d like to take a shot at getting them going again. Thomas and I have been rabbiting on about reviving these for some time now, and there has been great popular demand “ with anything up to two or even three people asking about them. And now we ‘re ready to get things going, or perhaps ‘ready as we ‘ll ever be ‘ is a better phrase. š

Our thoughts on the App Store “ recent trends, scary big numbers, hidden gems, stupid policies etc “ and on iPhone apps of course, as well as our latest jailbreak experiences.
A lot of rambling and going off on tangents
Plenty of mishaps and stumbles as I re-acquaint myself with how the heck you work the Talkshoe controls during the talkcast. I ‘ll probably mute myself or Thomas when trying to un-mute a caller at least once.
