Now, I will preface all of this by saying that if you plan on making and recording a lot of phone calls VOIP services are not free. There are a few that offer limited “free” calling, but very little and usually there is a catch. With that said, if you are aware of the costs of VOIP service, and just want a way to do it directly from your mobile phone, I would definitely recommend Acrobits Softphone!
