I posted on Monday about JumpForward, an online service and iPhone app that helps athletes, families and college coaches and administrators navigate the college recruiting process, that was about to make an appearance on ABC ‘s ‘Shark Tank ‘ program.
In last night ‘s season finale the founders of JumpForward walked out on stage asking for $150,000 to help grow their business. They ended up giving up a bigger stake in their company than they initially proposed (which just about always happens on the show), but also walked away with the biggest new investment I ‘ve ever seen on the show – $600,000 from Kevin O ‘Leary and Robert Herjavec.
Talk about swimming with sharks “ nice job guys. You can check out the final ‘done moment ‘ when they agree their deal at the ABC site HERE.
