MobileNavigator, the turn-by-turn navigation app for the iPhone from Navigon, has just been updated to version 1.4, which adds several new features and performance improvements. In addition, Navigon has also dropped the price for MobileNavigator North America (iTunes link) to only $59.99 until January 11, 2010.

I’ve been a Navigon user for several months now, and I can say that the app is definitely worth the $99.99 price, especially with the TrafficLive feature, and this promotion makes it even sweeter!
Navigon has included the following new features in the 1.4 update:

- Coordinate Input

I can attest to the faster start up time. On my 32GB 3GS, MobileNavigator 1.4 starts up 3-5 seconds faster than it did before the update. And this is on a jailbroken device with several other things running in the background. I’m sure on a non-jailbroken device it’s even faster.
