It’s been covered to death on the web, but the free IMDb app (US App Store only?) is still worth at least a brief mention. Instead of constantly googling movie or actor names + IMDB, you can just load up this native app and see all of your Internet Movie Database searches show up in an iPhone-friendly format. Macgasm also made a good point about how the app highlights the other features of the website you might not normally notice.
