MacRumors is reporting on a variety of sources that have pointed out Moscone’s summer schedule, which shows June 28th to July 2nd reserved for a “Corporate Event.”
The “Corporate Event” listing has been used in the past to accurately predict WWDC scheduling. Most likely Apple will not announce WWDC until much closer to the actual event.
It goes without saying, WWDC has grown substantially over the past few years mainly due to the release of the iPhone SDK. This is now Apple’s main product introduction venue since the company will not be attending Macworld this year.
