MacRumors is reporting on more evidence that has emerged suggesting iPhone OS 4.0 is being tested in the wild. The last evidence we saw could have easily been faked, and thus could fairly safely be dismissed. However, an unnamed iPhone developer has noticed a single instance of iPhone OS 4.0 showing up in their Pinch Media analytics
This can still be faked, but not nearly as easily. There have been reports of Apple testing new iPhone hardware, which is expected to be released around the time of WWDC 2010.
