If you ‘re after an iPhone 3GS at a great price, you might want to give AT&T latest sale prices on refurb units a look.  They are currently offering a 16GB 3GS for $49 “ and the 32GB model for $149.

Both of these require the standard iPhone data plan and a new two-year contract.
