I’m jailbroken now, and in times past I’ve seen these applications. But, one has to wonder, if ‘this’ info is readily available, and the device is locked, surely that’s not a good thing, right? I guess this is the I.T. guy in me speaking…

I know most of us don’t let our devices out of our sights, but…

Install Lockscreen Dim Delay Control.
"This program allows you to drag a slider to set how long your lockscreen stays illuminated – from 1 to 60 seconds."
It's developed by David Ashman, same author of Lockinfo.

I wonder why he didn't included it as a setting in LockInfo.

hehehe, that's the same thing I've been doing. It actually works alright but I'd prefer to configure it via a setting. Maybe there's a jailbreak app for that?

A clumsy workaround suggestion, and one you've probably already thought of, but just for grins: when I want the lock screen to sick around a bit longer I just slide the unlock bar just a wee bit to the right and press and hold, then maybe back a bit to the left – just to keep it paused a tad longer.

Lame I know – but I don't know a setting to keep it there longer.

I'm trying out the demo and I like it thus far. My only issue is that my lockscreen only displays for a few seconds then goes away. Is there any way to configure my lockscreen to display for ~10 seconds or so in order for me to digest all the info that this app is showing me?

Does it have the ability to customize the size and color of the fonts? I've been using LockCalendar for a long time and it does a great job at showing my calendar info with my own custom colors and sizes.

Agreed. It's a solid app and fully customizable. It even blocks pop-ups windows to keep down the clutter. Worth twice the price.
