Dear Apple,
OK, so we know that there ‘s a few rules governing the App Store approval process; you can ‘t use private APIs, can ‘t duplicate existing functionality, etc, etc. We all know that you are pretty merciless when it comes to rejections for violating said rules. However, I ‘m pretty sure that I saw something about not violating intellectual property rights in there somewhere.
That being said, can you please elaborate on how iFartaholic got approved when one of the screenshots is a clear violation of copyright?
I remain baffled.
