MobileCrunch has a good post up with a short list of New Year ‘s resolutions for Apple and the iPhone. I agree with most of their suggestions, especially those that involve getting some backgrounding action going and reducing the home screen ‘s ‘middle man ‘ role in getting to apps quickly, as well as the one asking for notifications to suck less.
The only item on their list that I would not vote for is the call for more ‘sideloading ‘ of apps “ i.e. the ability to download and install apps directly from developers ‘ websites and similar. More on that in a separate post soon.
For now though, I think most of their list is quite solid. Take a look and let us know what you reckon:
