Consume for iPhone updated: landscape overview, now correctly checks Rogers plans over 3G/EDGE

Phew! At the end of my recent review of bjango’s Consume app, I said that the app “just worked”, and that the only problem was the inability to check my Rogers iPhone and Internet plans on a mobile data connection. Well, we can tick that off of the list of problems (well, it’s not really a list – it was just the one problem) I had with the Consume app.

Developer bjango did more than just fix a couple of bugs, though. They’ve bumped up the number of supported countries up to 10, and you can check the complete carrier list here. Another welcome little feature is the new landscape overview mode: just tilt the device sideways and you’ll see the most important information for each of your accounts, all on one screen.

The update also removed one feature, though: you can no longer tweet your usage. You won’t see me crying about that, though đŸ˜›
