As we mentioned it yesterday only as rumor, today it is fact. Best Buy will also be taking pre-orders for iPhone 4 starting sometime today. That means Best Buy is joining AT&T, RadioShack, and Apple’s online and retail stores will be taking pre-orders today. Wal-Mart will also be offering iPhone 4 on launch day, June 24th.
Beginning June 15, Best Buy Mobile, the mobile specialty retail unit of Best Buy Co. Inc (NYSE: BBY), launches its pre-sale of iPhone 4 from Apple. Pre-sale orders can be placed at any Best Buy or Best Buy Mobile standalone store nationwide. The iPhone 4 will land in Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile stores June 24.
AT&T has also be busy, with their employees debuting new company T-shirts at launch, and the company rolling out a video detailing iPhone data plans and upgrade pricing.
Again, AT&T plans to open it’s doors at 7:00AM on June 24th for the iPhone 4 launch.
