Agreed — it likely is a marketing move to make upgrades more tempting. The very least they could have done is allowed standard def video editing, like 3rd party apps already do. Ah well, really not that upset about this one. Let us know how it is, John 😀

We've seen this sort of thing before with other generations of iPhone (shooting video, MMS, etc.). By the way, this will be my first app purchase on my new iPhone.
