I am having tHe same issue. It seems to only do it if you are really fast about it. It also seems more likely to do it if u turn 3G on first before turning on cellular data.

If u go slow, turn on cell data, then turn on 3G and wait a second then it will never do it.

But for some reason if u go flying into the settings and do it real fast it doesn't seem to work half the time.
