Apple has launched a dedicated hotline for FaceTime calls. Currently, FaceTime, iPhone 4’s video conferencing feature, is limited to iPhone 4-to-iPhone 4 calling. With this hotline, Apple has given some users who don’t know another iPhone 4 owner, the opportunity to try the feature out, and ask a few questions.
You can call the line between 8:00AM and 8:00PM Central Time, at 1-888-FACETIME. You’ll be asked a few questions about your iPhone and whether you are connected to a Wi-Fi hotspot or not. Soon after, you should be connected and talking to an Apple Representative, face-to-face.
