Outrageous! As a software developer I’m not quite sure what’s going on here. Nowhere in the original license agreement was there mention of upgrade fees. At minimum I would expect one year free upgrades, especially for such an app such as this. I could understand $5 after the first year from the original purchase date, but this is crazy. At this rate they will ask for $10 every three months just to keep using it.

Unless they change this policy I will become mr. anti-mywi (and everyone I can influence)!

don’t buy it just get it from many sites for free.

I paid for the old version 2 months ago and now i should pay 9,99 to upgrade to OS 4.0
Yep the rockboy’s where fast after I asked paypal for a refund but support mails the don’t answer.

Why pay for something you can get for free using iProxy, even without jailbreak! It's open source, you just need to compile (you need to be a certified iphone programmer by paying Apple fee of $99 a year, or have a friend that compile it for you) and run in your phone.
