Also, my apps and safari crash all the time. I don't particularly want to keep my business with a company that makes it own products obsolete with software upgrades. When I got my iphone, there was nothing else out there like it. Now there are suitable alternatives. Apple should address this issue soon or risk losing a great number of customers..

Since I went to all the trouble of foldering and whatnot, I don't think I'll downgrade. I'm eligible for an upgrade, but I'm still on the fence whether to switch to an Android phone.

To be fair, I knew I wasn't going to get all the bells and whistles, but I didn't really think I would actually reduce performance on my phone.
