This wallpaper isn’t eye popping, but that’s exactly what I like about it. It just fades nicely into the background and doesn’t make the home screen feel too busy. It was linked to by @Sophiestication and you should be able to download it from Gerardo Diaz’s website.
Oh, and it’s already sized for the iPhone 4, although I’m using it on my 3GS without having to resize, since the ratio is the same.
