TUAW is reporting that Apple has released Xcode 4 Preview 2 to paid developers. The last release was given to developers over a month ago during this year’s World Wide Developers Conference (WWDC).
Currently, the new IDE is under Apple’s Non-Disclosure Agreement, meaning anyone using it cannot release details to the general public. However, it is believed that this version of Xcode incorporates Interface Builder, which of course means, Interface Builder is no longer an independent program developers need to launch to build their app’s user interface.
