Another meaty update to Things task manager ($9.99) was released yesterday. The app is now fully multitasking capable and will even finish syncs in the background, as long as you start them manually. Developer Cultured Code also added local notification support, which will ping you with a pop-up at a set time each day to remind you how many tasks are due.

I also heard from a little birdie (or was it the app description posted above?) that the app is Retina Display ready. You tell me — my 3GS doesn’t know the difference 😉
