but, if it is shutting off after just a few minutes use in direct sunlight, that does not match consumer expectation. Apple touted one of the features as being an eBook reader/content consumption device, and the new platform that media companies would switch to away from paper…… given that, sorry apple, but if it doesn’t work for me when I’m laying out on a beach in paradise after a couple hours that doesn’t cut it. IF I left my books behind at home when I traveled b/c my iPad was going to be all I needed – I’d be slightly annoyed.
