As many of you may have notice, late last week, Apple added a “Genius” tab to the iPad App Store. Just like Apple’s other implementations of “Genius”, the feature suggests other products based on your previous purchases, in this case iOS apps. The feature is of course, on a opt-in basis.
The feature offers two sections, one recommending new applications, and another section that offers upgrades to “lite” or low-level applications that can be upgraded to the developers ad-free, or full-fledged apps.
Lastly, the feature allows you to tell them if you aren’t interested in a particular title Genius is recommending to you. That way, your results will become more and more refined to your purchasing tastes as it collects more data.
