1) I really like how their site demoed the App.
2) I wonder how well the notifications work when the app is closed.
3) If they could make this voice operated in addition to the existing approach and the voice is good, I'd easily pay 4x or more what they are selling it for.
4) Can this auto sync to my Google calendar? That is a MUST for me.
5)I am on the fence with the app itself, especially because of the GCal and notification parts, so your review will probably swing me one way or the other.

it's from Backgrounder. Seems to indicate native multitasking.

That'd be Backgrounder, a jailbreak extension. It's indicating that the app is set up for Fast App Switching, I believe. In other words, it shows it's native multitasking, as opposed to being Backgrounded (jailbreak style multitasking, app always running).
