Good grief. It figures that exactly one day after I delete Windows Live Messenger (Free) from my iPhone it would, of course, receive an update. This is the first major update to the app, as far as I know, and it has actually made the whole package a lot better. iOS 4 Fast App Switching is a welcome addition for messaging, as is the contact list filter to show only Online contacts (finally!).
I intend on deleting the app all over again, but now I’m scared that Microsoft will update it tomorrow and I’ll have to re-install it so I can report on it. This is no way to live!
