Apple is top of the charts in J.D. Power and Associates’ latest study of customer satisfaction among smartphone manufacturers, for the 4th consecutive year. Apple was narrowly ahead of Motorola and HTC, who came out 2nd and 3rd respectively in the study.
Ease of operation, operating system, features, and physical design were some of the areas where Apple scored particularly well. So it looks like despite all the fuss about NotAntennaGate made by those idiot bloggers, the iPhone is continuing to lead the way in keeping customers happy.
