Apple has updated their MobileMe Gallery [iTunes Link] application for iOS, the biggest new feature being iPad support. Other improvements in this update include support for Retina display devices (iPhone 4 and 4th-gen iPod touch), and multitasking support for devices running iOS 4.

– View friends’ galleries without the need for a MobileMe subscription (iPhone and iPad only)
I’m sure this ins’t terribly exciting news the vast majority of our readers. That said, and I’ve only heard this anecdotally, the people that subscribe to MobileMe just love it, and this app helps them share their photos with friends.
