Quick Note: iPhone Now Shipping in 5-7 Business Days in U.S.

Finally, three months after launch, it appears that iPhone 4 supply constraints are easing, at least here in the U.S. The shipping timeframe for the iPhone 4 has gone from 3 weeks to “5-7 Business Days”, and applies to both the 16 and 32GB models. Other countries seem to be stuck at 3 weeks, but I would wager that they follow suit soon.

Credit where credit is due, analyst predicted back in August that Apple was ramping up their production to meet demand, which would ease supply constraints for both the iPad and the iPhone 4. It appears they were right, but was that really a hard thing to guess? The holidays are right around the corner and Apple wants to sell a lot of these things.
