I’ve posted on nearly every single Minigore ($0.99) update and relayed the news in April that v1.27 would be the last update before co-op gameplay, so I thought I’d take just a moment to ask: Uhh, where’s that co-op gameplay, folks?
As of right now, the Minigore blog seems to say co-op is coming in Episode 4, but this epic fourth episode doesn’t really seem to have a release date. Instead, bits of Episode 4 gameplay are making their way into in-between patches, like the upcoming Halloween Update.
I think there’s a distinct possibility that Minigore defenders (among whose ranks I count) will pounce on this post for being ungrateful that a $0.99 title isn’t staying quite on track, but to be clear: all I want is an updated ETA or a clue as to what might be holding co-op back, as I’m afraid that Words with Friends isn’t quite scratching my itchy trigger finger like I thought it would.
