VLC Media Player Now a Universal App, Runs on iPhone

VLC Media Player – the open source multimedia player app which recently launched on the iPad – has been updated to a universal app for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad.

Specifically, it will now run on the iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS and ‘recent iPod Touches’.

You can find the VLC Media Player in the App Store now, and it is a free app of course.
