iPhone Apps now have their own entry in Google Search options in Mobile Safari.
Despite all the Google vs Apple feuds we hear so much about, the search giant continues to add useful updates to its iPhone web apps. Thomas mentioned some Gmail web app improvements earlier, and the main Google search page has now added some apps love to its options.
When you tap the ‘More’ button at the top of the Google page, iPhone Apps is now a main search category – as you can see in the screencap above.
If you go to the iPhone Apps results pages and tap a link, you get taken directly to the app’s App Store page.
Good stuff. Anything that helps make app searches faster and better is always a good thing to see.
