Tweetbot for iPhone lands on the App Store

Tweetbot, the long-awaited twitter client from Tapbots, hit the App Store a few hours ago at an introductory price of $1.99. The verdict from most early reviews seems to be that it doesn’t have any mind-blowing new features (it’s still a Twitter app like all the rest), but that it has one of the most well thought-out and delightful interfaces out there (especially with the first-class treatment of lists).

The impressions are on par with my sentiments about Tapbot apps in general and the way that they focus on the fun in functionality.
