Apple Updates Safari to 5.0.5, Releases Security Update 2011-002

safari_icon.pngApple has released Safari 5.0.5 alongside Security Update 2011-002 for OS X. Safari 5.0.5 seems to simply include the security updates. Regardless, either of these updates can be downloaded through Software Update located in the Apple menu.

Now, the separate 2011-002 update is a small download for Snow Leopard users, but the Leopard versions are far and away larger files including even more changes than their Snow Leopard counterparts. If you elect to not obtain this update trough Software Update you can get the Snow Leopard version here (4.43MB), the Leopard client version here (241.35MB), and the Leopard server version here (473.19).
