The paper subscription is $10 a year. So you can get almost 5 years of the print version for the same price as the iPad version. This is the reason I’ve stuck to Zinio for most of my subscriptions as the price is usually the same (in fact as a Canadian it’s almost always cheaper as Zinio usually has US prices).

I was a paper subscriber to Wired for about 3 years before I got my iPad and cancelled the subscription. I want a paperless home (as much as possible) and print magazines are just out for me now. When I can get wired for a comparable price to the paper version I will subscribe. Until then, the website has ALL the same content.
