It not only makes it easier to navigate between open apps by seeing screen captures of them, but it gives a much clear indication of what’s still in memory, and as a bonus it looks a lot cooler as well.

Since installing the jailbroken app Multifl0w, which gives a very similar Expose style to the one in the video (however I like the way that one superimposes itself over your currently running app) I haven’t once opened up Apple’s default task switcher. The app ScrollingBoard adds the iPod/rotation lock to the dock, so there’s no reason to use it all. Apple’s default task switcher is so slow, confusing and cumbersome, with no clear indication of what’s running and what isn’t, that I can’t believe Apple thought it was the best multi-asking solution to implement.

I’m so grateful for the jailbreaking community to fix these kinds of things. If it wasn’t for them I would reluctantly have to own an Android phone 😉
